Mr. Mendiondo practices focuses on civil trials and litigation, including business litigation; employment law; municipal litigation; civil rights litigation; estate litigation; administrative proceedings; environmental litigation; and tax litigation. Mr. Mendiondo also has transactional experience with corporate and real estate transactions.

Mr. Mendiondo's specific litigation experience includes jury trials in Federal and State Court, arbitrations before the AAA, injunction hearings, and administrative proceedings before state agencies. Mr. Mendiondo has represented companies and individuals in cases involving complex contractual and UCC issues; estate disputes; employment discrimination; covenants not to compete; tax matters; trespass actions; civil rights claims; tort claims; partnership disputes; fiduciary duties; shareholders rights; professional licensing disputes; administrative investigations; administrative appeals; and collective bargaining disputes.

Mr. Mendiondo also serves on the Criminal Justice Act panel of public defenders for the Federal Eastern District of Kentucky, representing indigent defendants in the Eastern District when appointed by the Federal Court. Mr. Mendiondo takes criminal defense cases by court appointment only.
