Adrian practices in the areas of business litigation, real estate law, corporate transactions, employment law, personal injury litigation, and administrative law. His experience includes representation in state and federal courts, representation before various state and federal administrative agencies, and representation in real estate and corporate transactions. Adrian has represented companies and individuals in litigation involving complex contractual and UCC issues; patents and copyrights; employment discrimination; covenants not to compete; real estate transactions; corporate transactions; professional licensing disputes; administrative investigations; administrative appeals; and collective bargaining disputes. Adrian is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and California.
