Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC is a firm dedicated to providing the highest level of professional service to its clients. The firm understands the needs of its clients and takes a unique approach to meeting each clients' objectives on an individual level in the practice of law.

The firm engages in litigation matters relating to personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle litigation, construction transactions and litigation, business and commercial litigation, medical negligence, transportation and motor carrier law, product liability, employment issues, commercial disputes, civil rights claims, mineral and oil/gas disputes and title litigation. Attorneys practice civil and appellate litigation before all state and federal courts and administrative agencies. The firm has a Certified Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and mediators available.

Kinkead & Stilz, PLLC also handles issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, business and estate tax planning, equine law, employment and health care law, gaming and pari-mutuel law and technology issues.

We are also involved in the legal and business community. Some of our firm members either serve or have served on the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors (Board Member), the Fayette County Bar Association (President), the Fayette County Pro Bono Association (Board Member) or in other capacities within the legal profession. Our attorneys have also served as General Counsel or in-house counsel to businesses in the industries related to technology and transportation.
